Do you know the working flow of tea bag machine?
step1:The tea bag, formed from a roll of heat sealable filter paper, is folded lengthwise and then closed on three sides by the sealing rollers, with the previously dosified product introduced simultaneously.
step2:The tags which are only printed on one side, are cut in two each time, and then folded over the thread, hence making sure of their attachment to it with a drop of vinylic glue. Meanwhile, the other end of the thread is joined to the tea bag during the procedure of sealing, overcoming the disadvantages of the traditional metal staples.
step3:The tea bags, together with the paper envelopes of theirs are counted and arranged in groups on the delivery chute which are to be packed in boxes manually.
step4:The tea bag together with its thread and tag is wrapped automatically with a paper protection which is gained from a previously printed and notched reel.
